SEGs

SEGs were identified, annotated and organized into five types, including uSEGs, fSEGs, aSEGs, tSEGs and cellSEGs.

uSEGs

Universal SEGs. They are genes stably expressed in all human tissues and cell types, independent of developmental stages or ages.

fSEGs

Fetal SEGs. A list of genes stably expressed in all fetal tissues and cell types.

aSEGs

Adult SEGs. A list of genes stably expressed in all adult tissues and cell types.

tSEGs

Tissue SEGs. Genes stably expressed in each different human tissue and all the within-tissue cell types.

cellSEGs

Cell SEGs. Genes stably expressed in each cell type within a specific tissue.
